Can I store products at your facility and then, as needed, have them shipped to other cities such as Houston, Dallas, San Antonio or even Chicago?

Yes, your company can take advantage of our inexpensive storage rates yet still have products delivered into major cities on an as-needed basis. The products typically arrive on the same day as they are shipped. As a full service warehouse your products can be shipped by a variety of methods such as truck, rail or container.

What type of products or cargo can you store?

Virtually anything that does not need refrigeration. Items that are boxed, stacked, palletized, baled, containerized or in drums are all handled at this facility. Examples of products stored include: furniture, automobiles, carpet, plywood, paint, anti-freeze and cotton.

Can this facility be included in the "Foreign Trade Zone?"
Yes. As needed by customers, portions of this facility have been included in the Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ). Importers can store their products in the FTZ until sales are made in various cities, at which time they are shipped out of the warehouse. This approach allows the importer/exporter/distributor to take full advantage of tax and storage savings.

Can your facility load products from a rail car onto a truck or container/

Yes. Transloading of products from rail to truck or container or vice-versa is available.

Is the E-Bar-S Ranch similar to "Southfork" where the public can purchase a ticket and take a tour?

No. It is a private ranch and residence. Public tours are not granted. Only relatively high-end special occasions and events are held here.

I understand that the ranch house is large enough to accomodate a nice size party, but what if it is an outside event and it rains?

The grounds surrounding the house are well suited for tents. In assisting with the planning of a function we usually suggest and coordinate having tents reserved in case of last minute inclement weather.

What type of entertainment have previous events had?

A wide assortment of entertainment has been held in conjunction with special occasions. It ranges from country western bands such as Jerry Jeff Walker to jazz bands and mariachi to rock and roll bands and magicians. A favorite is to dance by the swimming pool with a live band, while overlooking the lake. The setting allows for a myriad of entertainment options.

When filming a commercial, movie or television show, what are the different types of settings the E-Bar-S Ranch offers?

The varied typography, structures and lake offer lots of flexibility and convenience in this regard. Rolling hillsides, pastures, wooded brushy areas, groves of mature trees, lake or lake shore shots, corrals and barns, as well as the interior and exterior of the ranch house and grounds are all minutes from each other.

Will we have to deal with the public when filming? I mean uninvited photographers, autograph hounds-folks like that?

No. Since the ranch is private, the public is not allowed on the premises. Most of the ranch is far enough from the public roads so that it is difficult to be seen from them. The E-Bar-S Ranch has worked with the film industry for years and understands and respects its special needs--including the one for privacy.
